If you do not see your question here, call us. Request a Private Consultation. Complimentary · 15 minutes · No obligation.
What does a care coordinator do?
We assess needs, create a written plan, identify resources, coordinate with providers you authorize, and keep the family informed. We do not provide hands-on care.
Is this covered by Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance?
No. Our services are private pay. Some long-term care insurance policies or employee assistance programs may reimburse care coordination. Check directly with your plan.
How are fees determined?
Every engagement is scoped personally after a complimentary consultation. Your fee is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Ongoing engagements can be ended with written notice.
Do you work with families who live out of state?
Yes. Our Long-Distance Family option gives you regular written updates and a local set of eyes.
Can you recommend a home care agency?
We help you compare options and ask the right questions. We accept no referral fees and always disclose any business relationship.
What areas do you serve?
We are beginning with Johns Creek, Roswell, North Fulton, and Gwinnett. If you are elsewhere in Georgia, contact us and we will discuss availability.
How do I join the interest list?
Request a private consultation and choose “Join the interest list.” We contact families in order as places open.
What if it is an emergency?
Call 911. We are not an emergency service.
Is my information private?
Yes. We share information only with people you authorize in writing, or when the law requires it. Please do not send medical details through our website forms.
